Non-Circumvention & Customer Protection

Communication Policy

All customer and talent communication must remain inside HomeTalent UAE messaging. Messages may be automatically monitored for contact sharing, payment circumvention, abuse and policy violations.

Food & Beverage Safety Declaration

Payments, Refunds & Payouts

Payments may be processed through HomeTalent UAE. Platform commission, payment fees, refunds, disputes and chargebacks may affect talent payouts. Payments may be held during investigations.

Privacy & Identity Verification

Emirates ID and verification documents are collected only for verification and compliance. Customers cannot access these documents. Only authorized Admin users can review them.

Complaint & Dispute Handling

HomeTalent UAE may investigate customer complaints related to quality, safety, delivery, misrepresentation, communication or payments. Talent Partners must cooperate with investigations.
