TalentHome UAE Policies & Terms
This page combines the key policies required for Talent registration and platform protection. Final public launch should be legally reviewed for UAE compliance.
Talent Terms & Conditions
- Talent Partners must provide accurate registration, service, pricing and availability details.
- Listings must match the product/service delivered to customers.
- TalentHome UAE may approve, reject, suspend or remove accounts/listings for safety, quality, fraud or policy reasons.
- Talent Partners must comply with applicable UAE laws, permits, licenses and regulatory requirements for their activities.
Non-Circumvention & Customer Protection
- Customers introduced through TalentHome UAE must not be redirected outside the platform.
- Talent Partners must not share phone numbers, WhatsApp, email, social media handles or request direct payments unless formally authorized.
- Attempts to bypass the platform may lead to warning, ranking reduction, payout hold, suspension, removal or legal action where applicable.
Communication Policy
All customer and talent communication must remain inside TalentHome UAE messaging. Messages may be automatically monitored for contact sharing, payment circumvention, abuse and policy violations.
Food & Beverage Safety Declaration
- Food talents must prepare, store, pack and deliver food in clean and hygienic conditions.
- Food talents must prevent contamination and cross-contamination.
- Food talents must disclose allergens, ingredients, preparation time and storage/delivery conditions where relevant.
- Food talents remain responsible for food quality, safety, suitability and legal consequences from non-compliance.
Payments, Refunds & Payouts
Payments may be processed through TalentHome UAE. Platform commission, payment fees, refunds, disputes and chargebacks may affect talent payouts. Payments may be held during investigations.
Privacy & Identity Verification
Emirates ID and verification documents are collected only for verification and compliance. Customers cannot access these documents. Only authorized Admin users can review them.
Complaint & Dispute Handling
TalentHome UAE may investigate customer complaints related to quality, safety, delivery, misrepresentation, communication or payments. Talent Partners must cooperate with investigations.
